Basic Breath Meditation

According to Jon Kabat-Zinn, “Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way, on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgmentally.”

Developing a practice of mindfulness can be helpful in decreasing stress and increasing your ability to stay more responsive rather than reactive.  This Basic Breath Meditation is offered to help you start developing a practice of reconnecting with your body and breath.  It is less than 8 minutes long.
